This training contains the tools and practical information you need to develop a WeCARE mindset that will help you connect with your team and help them perform at their highest level.

- Content is based on the ICARE framework: Identify, Compassion, Access experts, Revitalising work, and Exercise
- Begins with a 50 minute eLearning course which users describe as “short, sharp, and to the point” and “nice blend of imagery and text”
- The content is amplified by a Guidebook, Poster, and a range of resources for just in time help
- Once the eLearning is completed, you will then start a 12-week program, receiving one video per week to support implementation in the workplace.
